A-Team Mission Statement: The A-team will advocate for equality in every aspect of life for people with all disabilities including:

- Advocating for accessibility in housing, employment, transportation, education, recreation, and the community as a whole

- Increasing disability awareness in the community

- Building positive relationships with city, county, state and federal legislators to create positive changes in the law

What Do We Believe?

• We believe that systems change can give people with disabilities freedom and flexibility to be valued equally and participate fully in their communities.

• We act on our belief that change is not only possible, but inevitable.

• We work in our community to unite people with disabilities, and to provide a voice for advocacy.

• We seek people with whom to share our vision of positive change, and who want to join the advocacy movement.
