one way for t-shirts or sweatshirts to be available is 1, to include in the entry fee then everyone could proudly where one, this would depend on peoples view...
view point to time of presentation our group prefer am time as we go for a pub lunch afterwards, and am/pm would mike little difference to the knackered...
