I notified the USPS about a realtor who spammed our mailboxes with unfranked mail and discovered that they no longer bother to investigate such complaints....
It's a brave new world, one in which one can brazenly drop neighborhood newsletters into the mailboxes of the intended recipients without fear of retribution....
