The Forum for Diversity in Outdoor Leadership is intended to serve those committed to diversity education and affirmative action through outdoor leadership and experiential education. This forum is a place to share information, resources, news of events and trainings, to seek and offer support and to LEARN. The challenge to all of us in this forum is to confront the oppression of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and economic class.
