Here, we will look at Roots, Reasons, Remedies and Rights involved in dismissals as disabled (not necesarily our own view of individual differences among all created peoples, but as others for good or ill may the view differently abled) Topics can include but are not limited to Legal matters and Court Access Issues. Whether in the large society or among family and friends, and worst of all in one's self-image of worth to whom all are freely born, marginalizing is too often a "self-fulfilling prophesy."
