I think what we need is the equilvalent of place holder
text, like "lorem ipsum.."
Regarding the GIST/CDAC fonts: they are beautiful in print too. But I think they need to be tested. Like others, I
fell in love with the Krishna font and made it my default
font (*) and tried converting eenaadu's s "vEmana SatakaM"
to unicode using Padma. It consistently converted eenaadu
font's "ppu" as "Ppu". I thought it is a bug with Padma and
proudly brought it to Nagarjuna's attention. Nagarjuna, in
his infinite wisdom, pointed that it is not. :-)

I am attaching a small html file. The DOM script clones the
telugu text and displays it in several unicode fonts. As
you can see the IMRC fonts are not ready for prime time.
Ganga Prasad gAru and any other font experts, is there any way we can fix the broken fonts?
