As you may  know,  Mr. Eranda Rakapakshe, the Secretary of the Old Rajans Scout Association is leaving the island to Thailand for his further studies.

He will be leaving Sri Lanka tomorrow, 27^th August.

ORSA would like to thank him for all the great work he has done, and would like to wish him the best for the future.

Mr. Suranga Liyanage, who is current serving as the Assistant Secretary, will be taking over the responsibilities as Secretary.

ORSA would also like to wish him the best for his new title.

As you all know, In year 2013, 1st Kandy Dharmaraja Scout Group going to reach their 100th Anniversary.

There going to be sequence of events to celebrate this special occasion.

ORSA planning to initiate the official discussion on the 100 year celebration on coming weekend.

Beloved teacher Mr. Maithreepala.

"Mithrapala sir" [year 6 Buddhism teacher] has passed away due to a tragic accident. Funeral will be on 7th and 8th @ Peradeniya, Christopher road.

The Annual Cricket Festival was held on last weekend successfully.

First was the six a side cricket tournament among the Old Scouts.

It was won by the team “Lake View Challengers”, lead by Major Ivor.

Match between Present Rajans Scouts and Old Rajans Scouts was become so exiting match. Finally Present Rajans Scouts won the match in the last ball.
