As you may know,Mr. Eranda Rakapakshe, the Secretary of the Old Rajans Scout Association is leaving the island to Thailand for his further studies.
He will be leaving Sri Lanka tomorrow, 27th August.
ORSA would like to thank him for all the great work he has done, and would like to wish him the best for the future.
Mr. Suranga Liyanage, who is current serving as the Assistant Secretary, will be taking over the responsibilities as Secretary.
