THE TOPIC OF THIS LIST

This list is created for postings regarding back to basics vegetarian kitchen crafts. When we say vegetarian we mean no meat, fish or eggs. When we say back to basics, we mean tips on making yeast, bread, gluten, tofu, sprouts and so forth. This is also an opportunity to share recipes for tofu, bread, and other food preparations.

We can also talk about pastries and any vegetarian recipe. I just didn't want the "back-to-basics" concerns to be too much forgotten.
