The Development-Gender network aims to bridge the divide between researchers, practitioners and academics working in and around development and gender issues.
This email forum fosters more efficient networking and dissemination of new and current research areas. It also provides a platform for informal dialogue and debate, conference publicity, and advertisements for jobs, courses and training opportunities. It could also be used to sign-post to other relevant and interesting resources on the World Wide Web.
The network is moderated to ensure that dialogue is free of inappropriate mailings and to regulate the volume of messages.
This venture was initiated by the Gender, Research and Training (GREAT) team in the School of Development Studies, University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK. Paramita Muljono is the List Moderator and will be responsible for your queries and the overall development of the list. If you have any queries, write to gender@uea.ac.uk.
