Hi Everyone,

With the permission of Andy Bakke, an outstanding musician and lover of German
music, I have created a website featuring a number of his German oom-pah band
music MP3's. These sound files are among the best to be found of this
particular musical genre. Check them out at

Hi Everyone,

The other day, I had the good fortune to see a movie called "The Apostle," and I
absolutely loved it!

The film was a labor of love on the part of Robert Duvall, who wrote, directed,
starred in, and funded its production. It is one of the few religious movies I
have seen that do not present Christians and Christianity in an unfavorable
light.

That is not to say that the chief character, a Pentecostal preacher named
"Sonny," is perfect or faultless--far from it. He is, however, rather than being
a fake or a phony, the genuine article--a man of faith truly sold out to
God--lock, stock, and barrel.

This movie can be rented from your local video store, and some public libraries
carry it. It can also be purchased from Amazon.com through this link:

http://tinyurl.com/the-apostle

I highly recommend this production. Don't miss it!

With best wishes,

Dudley Delany

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a bright and beautiful
Easter and Passover Season and to respectfully request your prayer support.

I am the plaintiff in a civil suit against my former landlord, who improperly
withheld my security deposit after I vacated my apartment on October 1, 2008.
Repeated attempts to settle this dispute out of court have been unsuccessful.

The trial is scheduled for April 27th in Virginia Beach General District Court
Since I can't afford a lawyer, I will be representing myself.

Please pray that God will give me and my witnesses the courage and the grace to
make an effective presentation and that justice will be done.

Thanking you in advance, I am,

Very sincerely,

Hi Everyone,

When I was a little boy growing up in New York City, I developed rickets, a
disease caused by a lack of vitamin D. It resulted in deep bone pain in both
legs, and caused me to become "knock-kneed." To treat it, I remember my mother
giving me a dose of cod liver oil every day in a glass of orange juice.

At the present time, I take 2000 IU of vitamin D3 daily in convenient,
inexpensive capsule form, and an additional 400 IU in my multi-vitamin/mineral
tablet.

Vitamin D deficiency is much more common than most people realize, especially in
Northern latitudes, and can have extremely detrimental effects on one's health
and well-being (far worse even than rickets). To learn more, I urge you to visit

http://tinyurl.com/vit-d-deficiency

It features an essay by Jeffrey Dach, M.D., that will knock your socks off!

Merry Christmas, Everyone!

If you believe God is still in the miracle-working business, you may find of
interest the following information about what many are calling a "miracle drug."

Naltrexone is a medication approved in 1984 by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration for treating heroin and opium addiction. In very low doses, it is
proving to be amazingly effective in treating HIV/AIDS, cancer, and a host of
autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases--with minimal side effects and at a
price anyone can afford.

Hi Everyone,

As manager of "The Oktoberfest Webring," I am always on the lookout for good
Oktoberfest music. The "So Klingt's im Hofbraehaus" CD featured here

fills the bill quite nicely. It contains a potpourri of lively, expertly
performed German music, both instrumental and vocal. Some of it, such as "Ein
Prosit" and "Ententanz," is directly applicable to Oktoberfest celebrations,
while other selections, such as "Der Dritte Mann and "Zillertaler
Hochzeitsmarsh," can be enjoyed at any German theme party. I give this disc two
thumbs up!

Check it out!
