Fred and Ron exchanged comments a few days ago as to whether "going to
court" is worthwhile in these days here in America. Since I work in this
field 1000% of the time, I say it is, but this conclusion depends on
your approach to litigation. There are at least two different approaches
in this respect. There is what I call, for lack of a better term, the
"legal approach," and using this approach means that it is certainly
useful and beneficial to go to court. In contrast, there is the
"patriot" approach, but it is fraught with danger and typically has
little chance of success. Let me explain both approaches with which I
have years of experience.

A success achieved by using the "legal approach" is evident via the
recent examples of the 2nd Amendment litigation. The DC v. Heller case
was carefully planned from a legal perspective from the very beginning,
and I know this because one of the men who planned this litigation is a
personal friend of mine, who happened to be Dick Heller's tenant.
Planning to create this litigation was critical to its success. And
planning went even further. After favorable oral arguments at the
Supremes in the Heller case, plans were immediately made for the next
wave of litigation. I would have to go back and read the cases, but as I
recall, the McDonald case was filed either the day OF the rendition of
the Heller decision, or the first day AFTER (a detail I have forgotten).
Via careful planning, even though 2nd Amendment litigation clearly was
an "uphill climb" when considered back in 2003 and 2004, you must admit
the plan worked. This is one of the recipes for litigation success:
careful legal planning.

The other approach, and I do not intend to be offensive by making these
comments, is the utterly unplanned "patriot" approach. There are lots of
"gurus" that populate the freedom movement, and they have all sorts of
wild legal ideas. I am amazed at some of the popularly accepted legal
theories: UCC, strawman, names in CAPS, "bankruptcy of the US," "the Act
of 1871", "it's all admiralty", etc. These and many other arguments have
been invented: they incorporate utterly false (invented) historical
facts, and probably as an attempt to demonstrate intellectual prowess,
they invent "law." Roger Elvick invented "the 1935 SS Act created

private side". Some guru invented quotes from the Penhallow case in the
late 1790s: govt can only "speak" to other artificial entities. This too
is false. "Admiralty is everywhere" has not a shred of legal authority
to support it.

Elvick, Dave DeReimer and Jean Keating invented that popular first
"redemption process" back in 1999. This "recapture your strawman" and
issues checks on your Treasury Direct Account was sold to the innocent
and gullible who quickly got into trouble, and I quit counting the
indictments after they surpassed 40. But, this argument and Elvick had
"staying power." "Dr. Sam Kennedy" (that is not his real name) and some
of his friends like Winston Shrout resurrected this argument and dressed
it up with 1099-OIDs tax returns. It was predictable that this argument
would get lots of innocents into trouble, and I have posted a number of
indictments based on this argument on my website. Not to be outdone as
he was making his "swan-dive," "Dr. Kennedy" "developed" his "TRAP"
program that asserted that the military was backing his efforts to
"Restore America", and the IRS would be outa business by March, 2010. In
reliance on this baseless idea, many of the defendants in the PQI
prosecution that occurred in Pensacola back in March expected the
American military to march into the courtroom and shut down the case. In
reliance, these defendants made no opening statements, presented no
evidence (in the tradition of Lindsey Springer), and made no closing
arguments, which is a prosecutor's "wet dream". All but one of these
defendants were found guilty and now the prosecution is asking the court
for 25 year sentences. Are not these guru legal arguments impressive?
When these gurus like Kennedy and DeReimer have a 100% conviction rate,
do they not work for the govt, even tho they lie about their alleged

One of the defendants in this Pensacola case, Arnie Manasala, filed
motions based on the popular patriot argument that the names in CAPS
dude is the debtor of the "small letters" natural "person." This
argument caused revocation of Arnie's bond prior to trial. Arnie was in
jail many months prior to trial, was convicted (the military did not
save him), and he now probably faces a 25 year sentence, along with the
other defendants, including SORCE president Gino Casternovia. I wonder:
did the "guru" advisors working for the govt in this case get their
bonuses for derailing the defense? But, not to be deterred, Dick
Simkanin got outa jail in mid-June and instead of reporting for
supervised release, acted according to guru advice that "everything is
contract" and he is the creditor of his "avatar", "names in CAPS" dude.
Dick was thrown back in jail, and re-sentenced, after serving 7 years in
jail, to another 79 months. Wow!!! Aren't these gurus fantastic
prosecutors with their convictions rate of 100%?

I remember when the first wave of the "redemption process" got started
back in `99 with flaky ideas from Roger Elvick and Dave DeReimer. I quit
counting when the indictments for following and using that argument
surpassed 40. This argument got a "facelift" when "Dr. Sam Kennedy",
Elvick and Winston Shrout dressed it up all over again and sold it again
as "1099-OID tax returns." Now, a lot of people have been civilly
attacked by DoJ for using this "process" and several have been indicted.
This has been followed by Tim Turner who has sold the innocent and
gullible on the idea of filing baseless "maritime liens." The
indictments are now being filed against people for doing what Turner

Every now and then, I roam the Net looking at various "guru" websites
just to see what is being promoted. Lots of these sites proffer similar
arguments: "everything is commercial," birth certificates snooker you
into the "system", "gold fringed flags", the bankruptcy, etc. Just
yesterday, I received an e-mail about the gold fringed flag that was
lengthy and covered every flaky argument that can be imagined. Of course
like many websites, the authors of these pieces remain anonymous. I have
reached this conclusion: the average American beginning to explore
patriot issues immediately is exposed to a huge wall of misinformation.
This convincing misinformation then becomes "the accepted view of legal
reality" for these new people and I have learned that these people are
permanently damaged because they become deeply committed to these false
arguments and cannot be convinced that they believe something that is
utterly baseless. Who benefits from this misinformation? The govt does.

If we want to make progress, people should start demanding that ALL
"patriot" promoters prove the accuracy of their factual and legal
assertions. Until truthful information is actually used by these
promoters, this movement will only continue its decline. Under these
circumstances, going to court will be useless.

You hit the jackpot w/ this Loohon!

I've been reading a book, "The Body Electric", by Dr. Robert Becker.  About 1/2
way through it talks about pulsing electro-magnetic frequencies.  Dr. Becker
explains that there are many frequencies that APPEAR to help heal fractures,
etc.  Some, like the pulsing EMF's, heal by encouraging tissue to multiply, all
tissue, not just the damaged tissue.  This, of course, is what cancer IS.  So
it's fairly obvious that anyone using this type of 'healing' frequency is going
to get more than they bargained for.

I got this book w/ the intention of figuring out how to re-grow the tip of my
husbands finger.  It's a little tough to get through if you don't understand
diddly squat about a lot of biological research terms, which I don't, but it's
sprinkled w/ a lot of useful, hopeful information.

I ordered Dr. Becker's book, "The Body Electric" at the same time as a book by
Peter Kulish, "Conquering Pain, The Art of Healing with Biomagnetism", which
I've finished and have put to good use healing my right knee, getting rid of
pain in my right elbow, healing months worth of pain in right shoulder (with
magnets in certain places I had instant pain relief and was able to sleep on my
left side w/o pain for the first time in weeks).

Between these two and lots of other info. the answer is there.

All these electronic devices which seem to have made our lives easier are also
killing us at a faster pace!
