This group was started by dads who stay at home (aka Stay at-Home Dads ( SAHDs), or Full Time Fathers) in Delaware. The Delaware At-home Dad Association - D.A.D.A. - was started in 1999 to bring together stay at- home fathers and this casual group has been free of any kind of dues ever since! Stay-at-home dads in the group are from the Northern Delaware area, including Wilmington, Newark, Bear, Hockessin, Kennett Square, Chadds Ford, and surrounding communities. Members usually suggest by email where to meet. Meeting places in the past have included the Delaware Natural History Museum, Brandywine and Philly Zoo, NJ and Baltimore aquariums, local county parks, and playgroups at our homes.

Even stay at home dads need to get out so we occasionally meet for a dads night out.
