Members new to adoption of deaf and hard of hearing children may wish to read the documents in the files. An experienced deaf adoptive parent has placed very useful information in the files.

Please note--this list covers a wide variety of beliefs and experiences with communication styles. Open, respectful discussion designed to explore these methods is welcome. Personal attacks, criticism of parental choice or verbal abuse of any member is not allowed and members will be banned.
