Instructor: Mary Clark (The Hearing Loss Coach)
Mary Clark is a professional trainer for those with hearing loss as well as
staff from human resources and employers. Mary has presented variations on
this topic at both the local and national level. Her own moderate to severe
hearing loss has allowed her to be a role model for those impacted by
hearing loss. A 20 year member of the Hearing Loss Association of America,
Mary has had many opportunities to hear what others are looking for when
faced with employment challenges.
Intended audience and course format:
Working individuals with hearing loss or those looking for work or job
change
Lecture, role playing, and small group exercises
Topics include strategies, assistive technologies, resources, and
information to help navigate through the working world with a hearing loss
Learn whats next beyond an amplified phone!
