Genuine Direct Democracy, unlike in ancient times is being made possible by the information and communications technology revolution. This list has served as a discussion list from mid 1998 to mid 2002, and is now an announcements list. Its function is to keep people who are involved in various independent direct democracy projects informed about other DD projects and opportunities around the world.

Let us know what DD projects you are involved in. Appropriate, brief, informative and unique or non-repetitive information will be forwarded to the group, space and time permitting, at an expected frequency of four per month!
