Often in these quotes of the day, I intentionally try to follow somewhat of
a thread from one to the next. Yet sometimes the connections are
unintentional. Yesterday's quote was one such.
It turns out to be an ideal antithesis to the quote the day before about the
man of sin placing himself in the stead of God for man. Joseph, who was
sold into Egypt -- a country who overtly espoused their leaders to be
gods -- made the point to his brothers that he was not God to them.
Only a man of God could resist such temptation to lord it over his brothers
who had so wrongfully treated him.
