Actually, the way I see it, this is a way to defer their intentions.
Perhaps they did not take this into consideration. Furthermore, it is
another item that will get the patriots buzzing, and if there is anything
the insiders do not like, it is to have their plans exposed. They like to
take us by surprise. 911 did that. We're ready for this one, we've called
them on it before they even lift a finger. I think it makes for a strong
deterrence.

If this is true, isn't it a really bad idea to make it available to the
people on the internet? Which must include many federal terrorists? Who then
would establish methods of insuring the impetence of the NG there when
Martial Law is enacted - - - which it may as well have been for the very,
very, very few liberties remaining - - - if any.
