Welcome to the official discussion group for members of DASFA, the Denver Area Science Fiction Association. DASFA, founded in 1968, is a group of literature oriented science fiction and fantasy fans that has been conducting meetings and fannish events continuously for over 35 years. The group meets on the third Saturday of every month featuring programs of interest to SF fans.  Guests have included SF authors reading works in  progress, the Mars Society, L-5, and many others.

After each meeting, a "Dead Dog" (an extended potluck style party and gabfest) is held at a member's home until the wee hours of the morning.
