He will be at Rhythm and Shoes on Friday night at 5pm and has lessons available at 5, 6, and 8 Pm. 
 
He will also be around all day Saturday at either Body Rocks or Dance Pavillion.

Ford Ballroom Dances are open to the public where everyone is welcome. Singles and couples are invited to join us at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom in Plymouth, where we will enjoy some lite refreshments, a large wooden dance floor, and wonderful selection of recorded ballroom dance music by Tom Walthall, one of the well-known ballroom dance party DJs.
Suzy Brecht has been teaching Ballroom and Latin dance since 1988 and is certified in both American and International styles.  Always animated, Suzy has taught at the Wayne State University Theatre Department and often serves as Master of Ceremony at Ballroom functions.   • Ready to learn some great new west coast swing moves! Come join us this Friday night, March 5th  from 8-11pm with our new rocking west coast swing series and open dance party! If you like foxtrot, east coast swing and hustle, west coast is the dance for you!  You can dance all of the best top 40, hip hop, and blues. Glenn has some great new moves from the top champions! All for $10 per person. Location: Dance Elite, located at 6315 Haggerty, just north of Maple, next to the Library Pub, across from Meijers in West Bloomfield. Singles and beginners are welcomed by our great dance crowd of 100+ dancers of all levels and ages.
  • Saturday Morning Ballroom (10am) and Latin Technique (11am) Classes with Glenn Clark, March 6th, 2010.  Take a private lesson with group prices of $15 per class.  Ballroom is working on foxtrot, waltz and tango and latin is working on rumba, cha cha  and samba. We focus on balance, foot strength, leg lines, arm styling for all dances.. If you want to build your technical knowledge in addition to group pattern classes, come join us at Dance Elite. Pamela Anderson will be paired with Damian Whitewood, a new addition to 'Dancing With The Stars.' Whitewood is an award-winning dancer from Australia. In 2000, he stopped competing and began touring with 'Burn The Floor.'

Kate Gosselin will dance with Tony Dovolani. Dovolani has previously danced with celebrities such as Susan Lucci and Kathy Ireland. While partnered with Melissa Rycroft in season 8, the duo took third place.

Buzz Aldrin is paired with Ashly Costa. Costa, formerly DelGrosso, took time off, got married and is now mom of two boys. Past celebrity partners include Harry Hamlin, Master P and Joey McIntrye.

Chad Ochocinco will dance with Cheryl Burke. Burke and her TV dancing partners have won the competition two times. Capitalizing on the success of the show Burke opened a dance studio and launched a clothing line.

'Bachelor's' Jake Pavelka will do the tango with Chelsie Hightower. Hightower joined the cast after competing in 'So You Think You Can Dance.' Past celebrity dance partners are Louie Vito and Ty Murray.

Aiden Turner will dance with Edyta Sliwinska. Sliwinska is the only professional dancer to appear on all the seasons of 'DWTS.' However, she has never taken home the mirrorball trophy. Sliwinska has danced with celebrities such as Jeff Ross, George Hamilton and Jason Taylor.

Nicole Scherzinger will be with Derek Hough. Brother of Julianne, Hough has danced with Brooke Burke, Jenni Garth and Shannon Elizabeth. Hough has also appeared in a London production of 'Footloose.'

Evan Lysacek will dance with Anna Trebunskaya. A native of Russia, Trebunskaya has been dancing since she was six years old. On past seasons she's been paired with Steve Guttenberg and Jerry Rice.

Niecy Nash will be with Louis Van Amstel. In addition to his Latin dance background, Van Amstel is also trained in jazz, tap and ballet. He's previously danced with Lissa Rinna and Kelly Osbourne.

Shannen Doherty will dance with Mark Ballas. Ballas has won the competition twice, once with Kristi Yamaguchi and once with Shawn Johnson. Ballas is good friends with the Houghs and has competed against his father, Corky, on the show.

Erin Andrews will be partnered with Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Another 'Burn The Floor' alumnus, Chmerkovskly has been with the show since season 2. His past celebrity partners include Mel B, Willa Ford and Debi Mazar.

  • Saturday Morning Ballroom (10am) and Latin Technique (11am) Classes with Glenn Clark, March 13th, 2010.  Take a private lesson with group prices of $15 per class.  Ballroom is working on foxtrot, waltz and tango and latin is working on rumba, cha cha  and samba. We focus on balance, foot strength, leg lines, arm styling for all dances.. If you want to build your technical knowledge in addition to group pattern classes, come join us at Dance Elite. Below is a recap of Saturday Night's Fundraiser for the American Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts that Janet Blair put together, before her note to everyone I would like to say:
 
That was quite an undertaking.  Janet certainly held what was probably, the best fund raiser I've seen, the most professionally done, and the best well run!  She stayed on schedule, the program was wonderful, and the line up of entertainment was absolutely well, "entertaining!"  If her singles dances are as well run, then I'm sure they are pretty popular indeed!
It was absolutely a wonderful evening and a job well done by Janet Blair and all of her volunteers of which she had many!

The following is the notice from Janet regarding the evening:
 
Thank you so much for all of your support of our fundraiser for the American Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts, Dancing with our Local Stars" on Saturday, March 13.  We filled up all 3 ballrooms at the San Marino Club and raised thousands of dollars for the American Red Cross, Southeastern Michigan Chapter.  When I turned in all the proceeds on Tuesday, my liaison at the American Red Cross, Kimberly Simmons, stated that it was the most popular fundraiser for the Haiti Relief Efforts in the area.

A special thanks goes to our Sponsors, Fred Astaire Dance Studio - Bloomfield Hills, Arthur Murray Dance Studio - Royal Oak, and Tepel Brothers Printing, our "Stars" who danced their hearts out for  this worthy cause, our fabulous instructors who trained them, our distinguished panel of judges, our talented dance performers, our  many generous donors, and our hard-working team of dedicated volunteers.  Our fabulous band, Steve King and the Dittilies rocked the house and everyone loved them!!!  They played such a great mix of songs to appeal to any taste in music.
