Description

Craft beer homebrewers from the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area . . . celebrating the art and science of making homebrew since April 2007!

All are invited to join this pictured group of yahoos, as well as our other non-pictured members and friends, for monthly "Third Brewsday" gatherings, weekly "Meetings of the Board", and various and sundry planned and impromptu brew sessions. Check out the 'calendar' section.

Rude and 'tude - we brew the beer we drink, dammit! Okay, we're all big softies, but we have rather definitive opinions on craft beers. We all learn from each other, and invite you to do the same.

Brew On, bruthas & sistahs!

Re: 911 for partial mash
I agree with Lee. I would just store it in a cool, dry environment - it should be fine.
