This group is a discussion forum specifically for the members of the Toulouse chapter of Democrats Abroad France, which broadly covers the Midi-Pyrenees region. Democrats Abroad is the overseas branch of U.S. Democratic Party.

The US citizens, registered Democrat voters, must all be registered on the official site http://democratsabroad.com which is meant for official politically-related posts.
This list however is meant to also include our friends, such as the many French spouses who work as hard for DA as we do. It is also meant to include a lighter mix of discussions, less strictly about politics. But its main intent is that the general members of the Toulouse chapter should be able to talk among themselves directly without mediation from the ExComm. This should help facilitate a political discussion that we can then try to transform into action, without waiting for the face-to-face meetings that our geographic dispersion makes a bit difficult.
