Err, anyways, who is subbing Daa Daa Daa?? Does anyone know this? So then I can go bug them...hehe....just kidding....I'd just wanna go check up on the progress....anyways, thanks again!
I know the group who is subbing it digitally - they're only subbing DDD eps that you can watch on the computer, not on video tape. Here's their site for DDD:

Okay, oops, you can just disregard my previous questions. Sorry Joannie, I
cant answer your questions but you answered one of mine. Hehe. I went to
the filia fansubs website and they have, as you said, 6 episodes of Daa Daa
Daa out.....the thing is, how many tapes are those 6 eps on? I dont get
it....cuz from what I see, its like eps 1-5 is on one tape and ep 6 is on
another "one" tape. I feel stupid. >_< Err, anyways, who is subbing Daa
Daa Daa?? Does anyone know this? So then I can go bug them...hehe....just

PS I have a Daa Daa Daa pencil board! Muahaha! I feel special....Daa Daa
Daa doesnt seem to be quite popular yet so I feel special by having one of
their merchandise. (If later I find out everyone else on the list has the
pencil board and much more...I'll....errr....feel more stupid....haha).
PS Wow, 2 posts in one day, I feel like I've accomplished a lot. Perhaps I

Hi, I'm pretty much a lurker here....as I am in all other mailing lists I've
joined....but I'm in such a daring mood, I'll post for the first time
ever.....perhaps its due to my sleepiness and the starbucks I've drank. ^_^;
Anyways, I know that there are Daa Daa Daa tankoubons (graphic novels) out.
I've seen them at the Japanese bookstores I've visited. I dont exactly know
how many are out but I remember I saw at least 2....it was a while back so
there could be more out....or I could have been seeing double and there was
only one out O.O. So, if you just want Daa Daa Daa, I suggest you buy those
instead but if you are a Nakayoshi fan and want other mangas of
Nakayoshi....cant help you on that. ^_^ I dunno which one is best. Sorry.
By the way, I have a question. Does anyone know if anyone is subbing Daa Daa
Daa for VHS and/or distributing?? I have a sucky computer chair in my room
so I'd rather be laying on my comfortable bed watching Daa Daa Daa than
sitting in this crummy chair.....perhaps I could trick my dad into getting me
a new chair.....but thars another story plus I'm getting off topic here. So
yeah, VHS would be better for me. Well, this is getting long so I'll stop.
Hehe. Thanks! Bye!

Hey Everyone
I just wanted to say hi to all the new members and say that
ANY info on Daa Daa Daa is welcome and greatly appreciated. I look
foward to hearing from all of you guys in the future.
>is the little girl who has a crush on Ruu-kun related to the scary
girl who has a crush on Kanata-kun?<
I think I read somewhere that they were related and that they are
also related to the boy who has a crush on Miyu. I'm not completely
sure though, so you might not want to take my word for it.
If anyone here speaks korean then they can get Daa! Daa! Daa! episode
transcripts for the first season at http://www.scriptclub.org . They
also have transcripts for the first two episodes in english.
Thats all for now

Hihi,
I just wanted to drop by and say hi...I usually lurk for a long
time..^___^...First i read the manga and didn't like it much. Then i
saw the anime and now I am hooked onto what is gonna happen...
I really wish that there are more fansubs online. I'm really poor so
I can't afford the Steamload account, only the Freeload account. But
people often do not say if the episods are Freeload friendly. <sigh>

Hi, I'm new, so umm...yeah. ^^;; I know some stuff about Daa!Daa!
Daa!, although I don't own a subscription to Nakayoshi (I'm a Ribon
girl ^^;)Anyways,I'm not sure if anyone knows about this but you can
download the second season opening and closing of Daa!Daa!Daa! here:
http://anzwers.org/free/animeintro/daadaadaa.html, It is on an
Idrive account. The accounts are free, but you don't have to have one
to download anything.
If you don't want an account just do this:
1. go to: http://www.idrive.com/animeintro32/files/clips/
2. click on the clip you want. (don't check the boxes, just click
on the name)
3. click download
(^^ I'm sorry if anyone already knew this info. ^^;;)

The anime episodes search website is at
http://www.aesearch.cjb.net/. You can try looking for Daa!Daa!Daa!
there, but unfortunately most of the anime ep providers distribute
their anime using Streamload or Myspace. Streamload is great (but
you have to pay) and Myspace just never works. You can get a free
account at Streamload, but then you can only dload 150 megs per week,
and no files bigger than 20 megs...this means you can't watch most of
the anime. However, the Daa!Daa!Daa! ep.1 and 2 that I've seen are
both less than 20 megs, so you should be able to view those without
paying.
Hope that helps!
I have a question...is the little girl who has a crush on Ruu-kun
related to the scary girl who has a crush on Kanata-kun? Are they
sisters or something?

As I sit here at work doing what I do best, surfing the web, I came
across
Kodansha's English page: http://www.kodanclub.com/ The thing of
intrest and
on topicness here would be their Daa Daa Daa or UFO Baby section.
They do a
brief summary of it and also have a few pages of the first chapter
translated. You can find it in the manga preview section's archive.
I guess that's my contribution to the list right now.

Yeah it seems to be pretty obscure as of now. I only stumbled upon the manga
while looking at Nakayoshi and thought it was cute so I bought more of it. I
have up to Volume 5 of the manga.

Hi again,
If anyone is interseted i found a site that has episodes 1-4
available for download. It's located at
http://members.nbci.com/iamserena/episodes.html
You need an account with streamload and an account with gamers.com,
everything is explained on her page.

I wish but I can't find any myself. I have the tankubans up to five but have
no clue what's going on because I can't read Japanese. I've search all
around my Japanese video stores for Daa Daa Daa but can't find any of the
tapes there either. It seems like it is such an obscure series that hardly
anyone has good information on it.

You know, there is a reason I should check my e-mail before I start sending
things out. Well, I said I would tell people if I got any more Daa! Daa! Daa!
anime and gosh darn it, the anime pimp lives up to her word.
I have a copy of ep 3 now. Unfortunatly, it's 53MB so I have to figure out the
easiest way to have people download it. I have it up at Streamload right now
but it looks like they lowered their download limit to 50mb a day to the free
users. >< Well, if anybody knows of a reliable free internet storage place
that can hold it, let me know.

Hi
Sorry for being a lurker but i'm new at this. To answer your questions I
discovered Daa! Daa! Daa! through anipike. I thought it was cute so i decided
to find out what i could about it. I read the first 12 issues online and
downloaded the first 2 episodes. After that I really couldn't find to much more
info on the show so i decided to hunt down a mailing list. I think i found it
just by searching the e-groups archive, but i don't really remember. I hope
that answers your questions.

I was wondering why you'd ask me this, Suoh, because surely Hitoshi
Doi ought to have this information... Alas, I visit his page and see
that Kanata's seiyuu is not listed. So that must be why you resort
to asking me? ^^;
Well, I'll have to take a listen to the anime and find out if Kanata
is one of those new talents that have been breaking out lately...
I'll be sure to let this list know once I do. ^_~

New character: Nozomi. Characteristic: Bishounen, rather vain
(stares narcissistically at his reflection when he has a moment alone
to himself in the bathroom); ever-present roses and Okame-chan (a
parrot, I think) on his shoulder. Rivalry with Kanata over being the
Number One Boy Who's Loved by All the Girls, so his specific target
is Miyu. (Don't fall for it, Miyu-chan!)
