This is the cyber forum of Pilgrim Institute (now, Pilgrim Christian College) stakeholders - high school alumni, faculty, staff, administration, friends- who have the willingness to participate actively in the development and progress of Pilgrim Christian College high school in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.

The Initiatives include, but are not limited to:
1. Faculty Development Initiatives (CPFDI)which sends qualified high school faculty members to the graduate school. Fields of specialization is limited to the sciences, mathematics, and the English language.

Relative to this Initiative, the CPFDI coordinates closely with the Faculty Development Committee of Pilgrim Christian College.

2. Scholarhip Initiatives is an academic scholarship for poor but intelligent high school students. CPSSI coordinates closely with the PCC High School Scholarships Committee in the selection and nurture of the CPI scholars.

3. Adopt-a-Faculty-Member Initiatives. This is to help deserving members of the high school faculty gain access to the local industry standard pay scale. The CPI closely coordinates with the administration in this initiative.

4. The Library Assistance Initiative solicits donations -books, reference materials, local and international journals, magazines, encarta CDs, computers, etc- for the improvement of the high school library facilities.

These three-pronged Initiatives - faculty development and empowerment, students academic scholarships, and library assistance are believed to be key variables to the upliftment and progress of Pilgrim Christian College high school.

Let us endeavor to help Pilgrim in whatever significant way we can for the greater glory of our God.
