Mr Speaker

I propose the impeachment of Vice-President Joe Whitaberg.

The vice-president has violated the constituion by claiming to be president of
Cyberia. His only authority for doing that is the declaration by the Spaulding
junta. In any case, even if President Oatney was no longer president the Acting
President would be the speaker and a special election would be held within a
month.

David Oatney is the elected president of this Commonwealth until such time as he
resigns, is impeached or recalled, or leaves Cyberia. None of those things have
happened.

I hope the assembly will speedily act on this impeachment motion against a
vice-president who prefers treason to democracy.
