Clearwater Sloop Club Congress

This is a group designed to facilitate the discussion of the relationship between The Hudson River Sloop Clearwater and her Sloop Clubs. We hope to be a forum particularly for discussion of the proposed 5-year strategic plan for Clearwater and the ways that the sloop clubs can aid in formulating and reaching those goals.
