Named after St. Philip Neri, a great saint and practical joker, this list will feature humor and jokes with a Catholic theme. Light, "fun" items are the topic. Gentle sarcasm and parody is permitted. Jokes about public personalities are sometimes permitted depending on the tone and the spirit of the post. Charity and friendly discussion should guide all the posts here. Ridicule of Church leaders is off-topic as are other serious posts or arguments.
Original comedy items are always welcome. Moderators will be cautious with jokes about sacred doctrine or worship. This list is primarily for Catholic members or supporters of Tridentine/Gregorian Rite congregations in union with the Holy See of Rome.
