This group was actually created back in 1998. Though, because I for some odd reason lost interest in it. I had decided to delete the group. Though, my interest in Sailor Moon has grown again and I wish to bring it back!

Some of you may be new to this and others may be past members. Though, here is how it goes.

Here, is where the future will lay for the scouts. The base for this story is to bring on the Neo Senshi during the era of Queen Selenity the daughter of Queen Serenity II and King Helios.

All that I ask is that you have a request of someone to play, please take the time to review the Character List. It will always be up to date! Each time a member leaves or take's a slot the list is updated. Then, generate a profile and place it in the PENDING Files.

If you post without getting the OK from me. Then your post will be removed and you will gain your first warning. I go by the three strikes and your out method. If you spam my board. You are automatically out. If you advertise you are automatically out. If you wish to promote your own club. Place it in the links file and tell me. I will promote it for you.
