Welcome to Neil Krey's Crew Resource Management (CRM) Developers Forum (CRM-DEVEL). The CRM-DEVEL mailing list is a forum for professionals who develop, present, and/or manage CRM and Human Factors (HF) training programs. It identifies needs, coordinates processes, and facilitates development of CRM and HF resources and products.

Hi Jeff, Good points. This takes us back to the previously stated need to (regularly) review all SOPs, rules etc for relevance. This should be the start point
