Welcome to the Crestwood South Neighborhood Association Yahoo Group!

The intention of this group is to allow the neighbors of Crestwood South an open channel of communication with each other and the Association Task Force Committee members.

A few rules: NO SPAMMERS tolerated. Spamming will result in being reported to Yahoo and your ISP, and you will be banned from the group.

You are entitled to your opinions when posting or responding to a post. Civilized debates are welcome. Do not cross the line and attack someone personally on this group. This is known as flaming and will not be tolerated. Offenders will be banned from the group.


Under the Links tab, you will find links to websites of local government agencies, utilities, medical facilities, libraries, schools and other local interests.

Under the Calendar tab, you can check on upcoming community events, task force and neighborhood meetings, check trash pickup dates, etc.

Under the Database tab, you can view City Ordinance Complaint Form information sent in to the Neighborhood Association. You can check on the status and resolution a complaint. The identity of the person filing the complaint and the person listed on the complaint is protected and not available on our websites.

Visit us at our Neighborhood Association meetings held the 4th Monday of the month in the Auditorium at Comer/Community School on 50th St. South at 6:30pm.

Our neighbors in the surrounding communities of Crestwood North, Woodlawn, Crestline, Mountain Brook, Forest Park, Avondale, Eastwood, East Lake, Century Village, etc., are welcome.

We are a safe community within the City of Birmingham, AL. Through the strength of our neighborhood association and communication between our neighbors, police and city council, it remains a beautiful, diverse and safe community.
