Generate alternative solutions in a creative manner for problems of general interest. Arrive at the best solution. This would be a global network of skilled people putting their heads together to solve problems of general interest. A "Think Tank" in cyber space, we would take up one problem at a rime and arrive at the best possible solution. The problems would be of basic value and the solutions would be sustainable. Participants would send in their suggestions on problems as well as solutions by e-mail to the facilitator. The initiatoe of this group is Dr. N. N.
