Description
This is a group for anyone who is a collector of pin cushions/needle keepers, makes pin cushions, has patterns for pin cushions they want to share (not copywritten), advice about fillers for pin cushions, which fabrics make the best pin cushions or needle keepers, where to find patterns and sources for antique pin cushions, and anything else that has to do with pin cushions, needle keepers and stickpins/hatpins. We are also a voluntary sharing/swapping group who occasionally do pincushion, needle keeper and stickpin swaps with other members.
This is a really fun group and if you are interested in joining a group that enjoys talking about pincushions/needlekeepers and sharing ideas and information, as well as being part of a group with a lot of friendly caring women, we look forward to welcoming you.
I don't think I've ever seen a snail used as a pincushion, Annemiek's is the first....!! How cute! Annemiek is one of our new members from the Netherlands. Thanks Annemiek for allowing me to use your snail on our homepage! Your creations are absolutely amazing!!!
The snail pattern is by Norwegian design, Tone Finnanger published it in her book Tilda Sommer.
