She is! It's called* Scoundrels in Law*, and it's about two very crooked New York lawyers in the 19th century, and it's out in 2.5 months.

Excellent read!
I'm about 80 pages into the book myself, and this is a great read. I love history and work as an interpreter for the National Park Service (Women's Rights NHP

Merkle in the NY Times today
At first I thought the author must have read the book, but after seeing his argument, I decided he hadn't. Merkle should've touched second.
