Anyone know about any upgrades to this lathe, especially to the bear
I am contemplating upgrading the headstock bearings in this lathe, perhaps making headstock similar to the Taig lathe, to have a much imporoved headstock,

please check the mounting surface on the spindle with the indacator .And on the front spindle taper bearing must just be slight snug make shure you have it
