For those of you who can make it,

Just wanted to remind you about the first follow-up session to the Centering Prayer introductory workshop at St. Andrew's in April. This can serve as a good refresher on the basics of the prayer as well.

It will be at St. John's on Saturday. We'll watch a video with Fr. Thomas Keating, practice the prayer and have discussion.

This and the following sessions on three consecutive Saturdays will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. or thereabouts in the Family Life Center, North Meeting Room. Best to park on the back side of the church.

I'll have signs on the doors leading into the Family Life Center. Here's a map to the church.
