Countybirders is a growing (over 200, now) group of birders interested in bird distribution in all 58 California counties. Members can query the group for information regarding one or more counties or post sightings of your notable birds.

Posting rules:

Always sign your posts.
Type bird names in ALL CAPS.
Always indicate the county you are posting about.
Give directions to the bird if you are posting about a rarity.

To my knowledge, this list has never been spammed. In order to keep it that way, please provide a short bio of yourself. Include most or all of the following information:

your name
your county of residence
places you typically go birding
people you bird with
most recent notable birds you saw (and where)
