COSMOS is a non-profit making and a cohesive group attempting to unravel the conglomeration of ancient latent secrets which have the magnificent power to gloriously transform human sickness into wellness. A two-day capsule course covering Transcendental Meditation, Yogic Kriya, Yoga Nidra, Surya Namaskar, Art of Breathing, How to Master Self Hypnosis, Mastering the Power of Creative Visualisation, Uncovering Cause and Developing Confidence, Personal Transformation, Stress Management, Pain Management through Emotional Freedom Technique, Aura Reading, Crystal Healing, Two Degree Certificate course in Reiki covering Reiki 1 and 2 degree and Reiki Advance Technology.
