Solar Wind is the Universes Greatest Comic, according to it's editor, Cosmic Ray. Assisted by Think Tank, Brain Drain and The Drones, Solar Wind exploited it's loyal army of readers, the Cosmic Rayngers during the late 1970's and 80's. Thanks to the miracle that is chrono-importing, Rayngers of the 21st century can also enjoy this irreverant homage to the comics of yesteryear!
