(2) Judicial discretion,
(3) Visitation enforcement,
(4) Child support guidelines,
(5) Domestic Violence orders (false allegations, etc.),
(6) Family court process difficulty,
(7) Court personnel,
(8) Biased legislation,
(9) FCS recommendations (mediators).
