Description

This group is a forum for researching, translating and cooking recipes from Rumpolt's Ein New Kochbuch and other 15th and 16th Century German cookbooks, and occasionally other recipes that are written in German.

The current version of my English Translation of Ein New Kochbuch is in the file section, you will need to join the group to download it.

This is a rather geeky list, where I'm more likely to talk about translation issues, than how to cook something. If you don't want to see that, you may join to download the files, but stay on "No Mail" status.

Please be polite and stay on topic.
