I think this is the son of Hugh COMPTON b 1906 son of

Byron COMPTON and Sue BULLOCK. I'm going to research it unless
someone can tell me for sure.

YAKIMA - Byron Compton, 58, of Yakima, passed away

Monday, October 3, 2005 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.

Byron was born December 2, 1946 in Orange, CA to Hugh and

Fern (Huff) Compton. The family moved to Seattle, WA in

1947. He attended the Highline Special Education Program. For

the past thirteen years Byron has worked for Provident

Industries in Yakima.

Byron recognized all Boeing aircraft and enjoyed hydroplane

races. He was an avid Mariners and Sea Hawks fan and could

recognize truck, plane and ship logos.

He is survived by his mother, Fern Compton of Yakima and

several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father in

August 5, 1985.

Viewing will begin Wednesday, 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and

Thursday, 10:00 am until 12 noon at Langevin-Mussetter

Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 2:00

pm at West Hills Memorial Park. Those planning to attend

should meet at the cemetery.
