For the benefit of everyone in the UK's Department of Trade and Industry, I have boiled down our thinking on KM and in particular, CoPs, into the attached paper. It is what I propose to send to everyone we invite to join a CoP as their pre-reading and is also what I will use for anyone who just generally asks about what we are doing.
