Past Tense studio in Mt. Pleasant will offer a 90 minute yoga for cyclists
workshop next Sunday, 9/13 at 1:30 p.m.
While cycling is good for the environment and your health, such a repetitive
physical activity can create stress and imbalances within the body. This
workshop will address these imbalances while helping riders stay flexible,
injury-resistant and calm.
