I sometimes notice allergies to pesticides residues in supermarket fresh
vegetables and fruits, and the nearest organic-foods health food store is 80
miles away, so I would like to low-heat dry my garden greens and edible weeds
during the summer (to capture their maximum raw nutritional value) for use
during the winter.
If you have any advice about food dehydrator brands, features, where to buy,
etc. I would be grateful for your info.
