This evening at about 7:50pm we saw four Cooper's Hawks sitting on a utility
pole (three on the crossbar and one at the top) in northwest Denver near
Centennial Elementary School. The birds were calling and flying from tree to
tree along and across W. 46th Avenue. We've seen one or two in this area before
but never four. Quite a remarkable display!
