Rules of engagement:
Stay on topic! All posts should relate to the focus of the list--if you're not sure, check with the moderator or question the list members in general for input.

Stay courteous and sane. We expect occasional flares, but no flaming. While disagreement is fine, disrespect, name calling, or put downs are not.

Stick to discussing substantive points rather than any personal attacks.

Before you respond ask yourself if what you are saying is a contribution to the discussion, or just a reflex response.


Do not post your personal ad on the list or you will be removed. It's fine to describe your life circumstances, indicate a willingness to meet new people, etc, but a post that is clearly a personal ad is not.

No selling or marketing of services and products. The only exception is poly related events, which can be announced without prior approval. Do not forward commercial or political emails to the list.
