This email group is for neighbors, communities and concerned citizens in the nearby vicinity of the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The 2005 BRAC law will expand the base to include parts of Walter Reed and be renamed the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda. The email group provides an opportunity for citizens to be informed of developments and come together to ensure that this BRAC is done right to the benefit of all concerned. Our goal is to look for long-term solutions to keep the area safe, livable and a model of forward thinking planning.
