1) Please remember to ALWAYS start your subject line with an approved lead word (see below) and if you have something to say or ask that is does not fit into one of those categories, please post it on the discussion group in the LINKS section. Also, please be sure to include your cross streets and city name in any offer posts. A zip code, city name or area of town is not sufficient information.

Subject line: (either OFFER, WANTED, TAKEN, or RECEIVED) ITEM
Body: ITEM DESCRIPTION, LOCATION (nearest major cross streets and City)
Please remember to keep things simple and COMBINE POST when ever possible
