Learning Organisation - Community of LO Learners -

This community started from a public workshop on Learning Lab. 23-25th July, 2001 at Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Slowly as there are more seminars, workshops on Learning Organisation or related, the number of people having some ideas on LO grows.

The principles and theories of LO are profound. At the same time, the actual practice (whether individual learning, team learning, organisational learning) is most challenging, if not difficult. As such Societal Learning or Global Village Learning seem to be light years of distant dream, especially in today context of world disruption that can be cuased by "two commercial airplanes".

All the more, the urgent needs for action learning, collectively to make a difference, to create a future we truly desire - for ourselves and for our world.

This community website is dedicated to those who want to take that little step - sharing, reflecting, action learning ......
