This group is formed to make astrology respectable. Primary focus of this group is discussion of horoscopes using techniques such as 90 degree dial, 45 degree graphical ephemeris, lunations etc. You should not seek free chart readings. Seeking free advice adds to your bad karma.

The group believes that the pursuit of astrology is to handle uncertainty and not to predict color of underwear you are wearing today...Know the limits of astrology when you are here. Cultural influences are at times stronger than planetary influences.

The group also believes that astrology is not much useful for people who live predictable life. Astrology is useful when you start exploring life by making choices. It is also important that your astrologer finds and uses a right technique to interprete your chart just as a homoeopath has to choose a right medicine for a group of symptoms.

Please dont have an attitude "to test" astrologer's skill when you are here. Astrologers work best when they are given honest feedback.

The group moderator doesnt believe in prescribing remedial measures and that they can correct course of future events. At the most remedial measures offer peaceful diversion from problem for some individuals.

The group moderator encourages debates. If you are weak in arguments then better stay away.

The moderator doesnt mind presence of astrologers from different school on this group as long as they dont fight for superiority of their schools and techniques. You are free to post your questions, chart data, and any other useful information related to astrology.
