I learned from a Montreal Gazette obituary notice this morning that Francois (Frank) Labelle, a longtime member of the Montreal radio community passed away

Here is the frequency list for CFARS stations and operations: CANFORCES CFARS Usually USB Voice, possibly LSB CFARS is the Canadian Forces Affiliate Radio
